Ocean Villa proudly provides an enjoyable and relaxing experience right here on the Emerald Coast on the World’s Most Beautiful Beaches.Ocean Villa is a residential condominium community that provides a year round home to some unit owners, and a family and friends getaway for other owners. Many unit owners rent their condominiums to visiting guests and also many times a year use their condo for their own rest and relaxation. Some owners offer their condominiums up for rental visitors the entire year round.
Rentals for use by persons other than the owner are handled either directly by the unit owner through the internet via VRBO, or some unit owners enlist the help of a professional rental management company to handle the function of marketing, maintenance, housekeeping, and exchange of funds. Ocean Villa leases office space in its common lobby on the 3rd floor unit 303 to Best Beach Getaways rental management and they provide an on-site hospitality component for their rental guests, as well as offering polite guidance and assistance to all others while they are here at Ocean Villa. Therefore, walk-in rentals are available here. The Owners’ Association management provides no rental function at Ocean Villa other than managing the building and the employees of the Association, and the affairs of the condominium owners.
Ocean Villa was constructed in 2005 and conveyed to condo owners in 2006 and is a 23 story high rise building with a total of 125 units, all of them two bedroom units and all units are Gulf Front with large, oversized balconies overlooking the beautiful Gulf of Mexico. Each unit has approximately 1,200 square feet of interior floor space. The building has only 6 units per floor and there are 21 floors of condominium units. The first two floors house two parking garages directly below the building. Ocean Villa also has a 3 story parking garage across the street from the main building as well, and is connected to the main building with a spacious ADA approved pedestrian skywalk bridge connecting the 3rd upper parking deck of the garage to the 3rd floor of the main building. All parking at Ocean Villa is strictly for Ocean Villa unit owners, guests, and other invitees. All vehicles not in display of a valid Ocean Villa owner’s decal or rental guest parking pass are subject to being towed without notice. There is no assigned parking, all parking at Ocean Villa is first come first serve and Ocean Villa boasts one of the beaches highest parking spaces to unit ratios. There is ample parking here for all at any time of the year.
The Ocean Villa Owners’ Association, Inc. is the governing body of the unit owner community with a five member Board of Directors and is assisted by a licensed, professional Community Association Management firm, Florida Coastal CAMs. Ocean Villa Condominium is a clean, peaceful, and stable community with 24 hour video security surveillance and with our amenities and friendly staff, offers all who own a condominium here, or simply are here for just a week’s stay, an enjoyable and relaxing experience right here on the Emerald Coast on the World’ Most Beautiful Beaches.
